  I talked to them on the phone and made arrangements to bring my car to them. Dropped it off the next day and they said they would send pictures via email of the work each day and would handle everything needed with the insurance company. They did exactly as they said they would do. Each afternoon I got 2-3 pictures showing the progress of the work. After I dropped the car off with Auto Car East, I literally didn't have a single conversation with the insurance company - Auto Care East took care of everything. They said it would take 6 days and sure enough, it took exactly six days. Most importantly, the work they did looks great - can't even tell I had bodywork done. The guys I spoke with on the phone where very nice, but to be honest, the process was so easy, the only time I spoke with anybody was to make an appointment to bring it in and when they called to say the car was ready. These guys run a great operation. These guys are efficient and the take care of all the legwork with the insurance company. I highly recommend them.

  When someone hit my car in the mall parking lot, a friend recommended that I take it to Auto Care East. I was a little nervous but when I got my car back, it looked brand new! Now I tell everyone who asks me where to get body work that this is the only place to go.

  Auto Care has performed some state inspections for me. I was always happy with the service. When my car needed some service I decided to use them instead of my lexus dealer. I was very happy and I was happy to not have to go to the lexus dealer! I’ll continue using Auto Care instead of the dealer for all my inspections and repairs!

  Excellent; Auto Care East has been serving my vehicle for years. I've never had a complaint. If there is a return problem, many times they correct at their own expense. I highly recommend their facilities, whether it's just a minor or major problem.

  I had been taking my BMW to the dealer for service. I mentioned to a friend that I was tired of all the poor service and high prices at the BMW dealer. My friend recommended I try Auto Care East, so I took my car in and was very happy with the service I received. They ave me a written estimate. They used BMW parts but the bill was less than the dealership would have charged. Happy with that

  I was in an accident. It was my first time being in an accident, It was a very stressful situation. Allstate sent me to Auto Care East, In which they had my car towed, Emailed me all the insurance paperwork as well as they were able to do the estimate the very next day. They took care of everything as well as had my car looking brand new again in no time. Thanks again Auto Care East you guy's ROCK !!!!

  Auto Care was great. I had a very bad experience at another shop when my car was damaged previously. So I was very nervous when I had another accident. I am so glad to say that Auto Care East took care of my car. They were professional , honest, and very nice.   I was in an accident and my insurance company referred me to Auto Care. It was the best referral I could have gotten. The car was at a tow yard in the Bronx. Auto Care took care of towing the car back to Manhattan, they did an estimate and took care of the insurance company paperwork. The work was great.   I brought my mid sized Suv here after getting into my very first accident (fortunately not my fault :) I had no idea what to expect and how the whole process would even work with insurance, etc... These guys were all so helpful and friendly and took care of everything with the insurance company - I literally did nothing. I just picked my car up and it looks perfect! They even detailed the outside and cleaned the inside (was not expecting that at all)! Thank you Auto Care East for making this whole ordeal very easy to handle!!!

  Well to start off the staff greeted me with open arms, the gentleman named Dave introduced himself to me to let me know personally that he will be working on my vehicle which it made me feel safe. As we all know how business goes anyone point fingers , but not this place. Dave called every couple of days to let me know the update which i truly appreciated. Dave called me a few days ago to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. My Truck is soooo beautiful I almost cried , what a job Dave. THANK YOU DAVE and Way to go AUTO CARE love you Guys

  I have been to Auto Care East a few times over the years and each time my car was repaired in the time frame they said it would be ready. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The last time i had my car worked on they actually saved me money by fixing a problem much more minor than I was guessing it was. I went in thinking and telling the mechanic I was sure I had a cracked head and was going to need to have it replaced. Well it turned out to be a much cheaper fix. I am impressed and will continue to use Auto Care east ...

  This place has gone to the birds. There was a girl at the front desk who is no longer there that was great, treated everyone with respect & knew her stuff. They have become rude, cold & have no idea what customer service is. They only have a kind word when taking your money. I'm guessing the owner could care less that not one of the employees he has even acknowledges a person waiting to be helped. One guy there barely picks his head up to look at you when he's talking. There is a young kid there that thinks he's got the market cornered on personality if in fact a stone had a personality. All in all a bad recent experience & will never return. I've been going there for years but customer loyalty means nothing to them anymore. I will be taking my cars elsewhere from now on. I suggest that those who read this do the same. They are a scam & charge more than a dealer does with no guarantee, go figure. Move fast to pass this place they are slick and shameless.

  After the repairmen at this shop cracked my headlamp after their faulty repair job, they swore at me, threatened me and walked away refusing to work with me. I would NEVER recommend this shop, and my experience has left with me with the worst possible taste in my mouth. simply the WORST WORST WORST repair shop ever. DO NOT RISK ANYTHING BY DEALING WITH THEM!!!!

  The staff is rude and incompetent. They made a major mistake on a simple repair, and refused to take responsibility and tried to make me pay extra to fix the mistake. My car was out of commission for three weeks for something that should have taken two days. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

  I've gone there three times. All three repairs done without problems. On my last visit, I asked them to put in a new battery, as well as replace a compressor clutch that was making a funny noise. They called me a half hour later to tell me the battery was installed. And recommended AGAINST replacing the compressor clutch. They said it was in perfect working order and the noise was indicating no problem. That was an unnecessary $260 repair that they could have done, but instead passed up the money. Love 'em!!!

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.!!! VERY BAD COLLISION REPAIR FACILITY !!! After a frontal accident I was suggested to bring my four month old 2008 luxury car to Auto Care East, Inc for the repairs. They are very nice folks. After first impression I was left with the idea that the deed will be flawless... Few days later I went to pick up the car..., well now I am left with more damages than the original repair required to fix. They scratched my "GOOD" head light and tried to cover it by using a paint polishing/buffing machine thus creating more scratches. They also scratched my rear rims when they "TRIED" to wash the car, by brushing in between the spokes with a very hard brush. On top of everything they never did the proper repair of removing the damaged front bumper and inspecting the damages behind it also they painted the bumper without removing it from the vehicle and creating over spray onto some plastic panels that require to remain unpainted which will definitely reduce the value of the car now. After addressing the issues, I was told by the agent;"..Sue Me...". Isn't this very very nice. Well I suggest you stay away from the ripoffs of Auto Care East..., they are very nice folks, they know how to talk you into a ripoff...

  My 1987 Jeep Wrangler had a history of not starting when I needed it the most. After calling AAA, to give my Jeep a jump, I was disappointed they could not get it started, but even more disappointed that they sent a non-tow-truck to attempt the jump. I called AAA again to send a tow-truck. Upon my arrival at Auto Care East, I explained the problem. Two mechanics immediately began to diagnose the problem and had the car running in a matter of minutes. The car was still on the street, and running. So quick was the diagnosis and repair the jeep never made it into the garage. That is service. As it turns out, my battery terminal was corroded. I appreciate the fact that they understood I was not dressed for the occasion (in a suit) and with out the tools to fix the problem on my own, and understood I had a business appointment which I was in dire need of attending. They listen to the customer and jumped into action putting my quick fix before others as the need presented itself. Great Service, for which I am grateful.

  I've yet to come across a place quite like this. It has the old school appeal of a mom & pop operation & the staff is friendly & full of jokes & fun. I had the unfortunate luck of being in a car accident a short while ago & was referred to Auto Care East by my insurance company. It was convienient for me so that's where i went & I will never go anyplace else. They are a group of people that make you feel right at home. The girl in the front (Christine) was so sweet & concerned about any injuries to myself or others, she was a great ear & full of the funniest one liners I've ever heard. She has wit & humor like I've never seen before. It was overall a great experience that came out of a bad one. I highly recommenrd this place to anyone looking for an honest & reliable car repair shop. Not enough stars here to rate it high enough.

  Called & made an appt. for a tire rotation. Got there on time but had to wait. For some reason they thought they were doing an inspection, I told them no, a tire rotation. I return 2 hours later, am charged for & given a receipt for a tire rotation, only to go home and notice that they have placed a sticker for an oil change on the interior of my windshield. I called to see what actually happened- was I given this oil change for free OR was I charged $45 for an oil change I didn't need and never received the tire rotation? They seem to think that my tires were rotated and the oil change was done for free, but I find this difficult to believe.
