  For the second time in three years I had my car repaired at Autotech. As expected, everything was perfect. This time was only a rear bumper repair but three years ago was an $18,000 repair on my 08 Infiniti. Both times the work was excellent and the office staff was exceptional. This is the only place I would ever take my cars again for repairs.

  For obvious reasons, I was very upset when someone crashed into my 2011 BMW. My insurance company set me up at Autotech Collision and I was very impressed. I brought my car in, it was assessed and repaired to me in both exceptional time and condition.

  Honest, reasonable prices, Professional, my sister and I came to Auto Collision with a banged up bumper and hood. They were very professional, friendly and gave us a good quote.   Having a car accident is the absolute worst experience. I watched as my Smart Car was loaded on a truck and carried off to Autotech Collision - not fun. But, from the initial phone call, I knew my car was in good hands. It took over a month (between parts and insurance companies) but he called at least twice a week to keep me updated on the progress. Most impressive was the fact that he called even when the news wasn't good (part didn't come in, etc) - very professional. I was truly impressed.

  I recently went to Autotech to have the hood on my Acura replaced due to collision damage. I was very nervous because I never used them before. However, when I met the Geico Rep, Gustavo, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my concerns. The Autotech employees were also extremely courteous and took time to answer all of my questions. They were great. I decided to let them repair the car and all I can say is that I am so happy with the outcome. It took less than a week, I picked up the car today, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. I am so pleased with the repairs and the customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. Carmela S.

  My garage used my Audi to clean their wall. They said they would repair it . What a mistake, They made a mess of my 2009 Audi S6. My friend recommended this shop who repaired his BMW and was very happy. I must say I was very impressed. I worked with Steven and Kam, They were very helpful with speaking to the adjuster from the garage company and brought my car back to new again.

  cant even explain how great this shop is,the staff will answer any questions that you may have,and unlike any other shop that i have been at,they do not make you feel stupid,or give you an attitude. other then the staff the car repairs came out great,i swear that i thought the shop bought me a new car,i own a mercedes benz E350 coupe,and trust me, you would never know that it was side swiped. anyways just wanted to extend my gratitude to autotech collision,you guys set the mark of what a true body shop should be. i am truely greatfull

  It all started when I was driving home after a long day of work. Three weeks prior I had just purchased a 2011 Mercedes Benz. I was so excited until the forth week when I was headed home and almost there. "BAM" hit from behind by a Volkswagen. The lady had to be on her phone or something. She hit me so hard the head rest in the car deployed. I didn't know what to do. Her car was destroyed, her hood was pushed in, headlights on the floor, and debris everywhere. I didn't want to get out my car for awhile (to afraid to look at my damage). Now the moment of truth. I walk to the back of my car, and it's totally destroyed. Muffler on the floor, bumper hanging, the entire rear body pushed in. ITS A FOUR WEEK OLD CAR!!! I didn't know what to do. It was my first accident experience. My cousin on the other hand has had more accidents then I've ever known a person to have. While waiting for the police to show up I phoned her. She always took her Lexus to Autotech Collision and raved about both the staff and craftsmanship. At 6:30 pm she called and spoke to the owner directly who then called me. The owner Michael instructed me, while I was still at the scene. I wasn't as nervous as before, I felt like I had another person there with me. Michael had my car later towed to his shop. Based on our phone conversation and my accident prone cousin, I was pretty confident in letting Autotech do the repairs. Michael and his staff (who are totally awesome) handled the entire insurance part and put me in a rental from his location. I couldn't believe the damage to my car, this lady caused over seven thousand dollars worth of damage to my brand new car ( that's how bad it was). I really thought I wouldn't see my car for months. Two weeks later I received a phone call from Steven their Customer Service guy telling me the car was just inspected and ready for pick up. I couldn't believe my car was done so fast. I dropped off the rental car headed for the shop. Once at the shop both Michael and Steven went over my car with me. The car came out GREAT!!!! I must've had the same expression of excitement that I had six weeks prior when I first bought the car. When I showed it off to my family and friends they also were just as amazed. As for my cousin she still tries to take all the credit. I definitely recommend AutoTech Collision to everybody in need of body work A++++++

  I side-swiped my minivan as I was getting out of a driveway. The paint on the door was peeling, it started rusting, and there were deep scratch marks. A friend of my mine recommended me to bring my car this body shop to have it repaired and repainted. The staff was really nice to me when I took my car in. They explained to me what needs to be done. When I went back to pick up my car, I was impressed. It looked as if I never dented or scratched the side of the car. Love it!

  I have to say, out of all the body shops in the NYC area. This shop is one of the most honest and professional shops you are going to find in Manhattan and perhaps the rest of the NYC area. I own a Cadillac Deville and because I need to park it on the street and I drive around careless drivers, sometimes damage happens. I have been to Autotech at least 4 times in the past few years and they have always exceeded my expectations regarding their work. There is no other shop I would trust my car with. The owner and the rest of the staff are courteous and they know what they are doing. Also, if you have Gieco insurance and you need body work done and you live in Manhattan (or the NYC area), this would be the best place to take your car. Not only do they fix the damage, your car will look even better before the damage occurred. 5 Starts all the way!

  After having an unfortunate accident with my brand new Nismo GT-R, I brought it back to the dealership just to find out they don't do the body work themselves and just sends it to some shop that can do it for cheap. I didn't trust my car with any shop being that my car is a rare vehicle, My insurance company referred me to Autotech Collision and that's when things went uphill. Everyone at the shop was friendly & comforting. They made sure to walk me through the entire process & kept me informed with my vehicle throughout the entire length of repair. My car looks better than it did when I first picked it up from the dealership. I know who to rely on for professional body work even on a rare high end vehicle. I would give them 10 stars if City Search allows it. Outstanding shop!

  I took My BMW 650i to Autotech to have extensive body and paint work performed due to an accident. A friend recommended me to this shop because he was really happy with the work on his Mercedes. I am extremely cautious about who works on my car, so I want to go with a recommended shop. Once I spoke with the staff there I could immediately tell I was at the right place, they were highly knowledgeable with BMW's. And they had a lot of other BMWs & other high end cars there too. So I was comfortable with leaving my car with them for the repairs. They settled the repairs with my insurance company from start to end and made it very easy. When I picked up my car, I was extremely impressed with the work they did, it looks like it was never in an accident. I would highly recommend this place.

  I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR BODY WORK, EVERY TIME I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS, I KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I WAS TOLD SOMEONCE WOULD CALL ME BACK; I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, I HAD TO CALL EACH AND EVERY TIME. WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. I BROUGHT IT BACK FOR THEM TO FIX IT, NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED; MY CHECK THE TIRE LIGHT WAS ON. I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH TO THIS PLACE FOR TWO WEEKS, AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST. IN MY OPINION, THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. THEY HAVE NO CREDIBILITY AND CHARACTER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

  I was in an accident,my insurance company made an appt with autotech collision to see my car... The office staff was amazing,they provided answers to any questions that i had,by the time i came in .to the time i left, i knew my car was in good hands.When picking up the car,the service manager Steven goes over it with you,explaining the repairs done.The car came out great,i highly recommand AutoTech collision to any body who needs body work.....hope not to get into another accident,but if i do,i know where im bringing my car...

  My car was vandalized and I thought I was in for a thousand-dollar plus repair job. Auto Tech was able to wet sand and buff out the damage at a very minimal charge. I dropped the car off at 8:00 am and it was ready by 1:00 the same day. I'm so used to being taken advantage of because I don't know a lot about cars. This shop provided fast, friendly, honest service as well as very good workmanship.

  having collision work done on your car is never fun, but I really loved the way the team at Autotech treated me. They were friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I'd recommend them hand down!
